About Us:

We are a Chinese Christian church dedicated to serving God and our Lord Jesus Christ. We welcome all children of God and those wishing to explore the love of Jesus. We primarily serve the Chinese-speaking community located in the Brandon, Riverview, Apollo Beach, Ruskin, Sun City, Palmetto, Parrish and Bradenton areas. Simultaneous English and Mandarin services are available.

Everyone needs God and the hope that Jesus offers. We strive to help people grow in a relationship with the Lord. We emphasize grace, acceptance and truth as we nurture people's deepening faith.

Our Statement of Faith

God

We believe in one God, who exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is sovereign over all things, eternal in being, omniscient, omnipotent, perfect, holy, and full of love, mercy, and justice. He created the heavens, the earth, and all life, and His purpose is to glorify Himself through His creation.

Holy Scriptures

We believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It reveals His character, His will, and His plan of redemption. The Scriptures are the ultimate guide for faith and practice, teaching us how to live in obedience and fellowship with God.

Jesus Christ

We believe in the Lord, Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, who was fully God and fully man. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, and willingly died on the cross for the redemption of our sins. Through His sacrificial death and resurrection, He conquered sin and death, offering eternal life to all who repent and believe in Him. We believe that Jesus is the only way to salvation. We believe in the return of Jesus Christ, who will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead. He will establish His eternal kingdom, where righteousness dwells, and those who have trusted in Him will enjoy everlasting life in His presence.

Holy Spirit

We believe in the Holy Spirit, the third person of the Trinity, who dwells in every believer, is active in salvation, who empowers all believers, and guides them to truth and righteousness, reveals our sin, helps us in communing with God, teaches us to know Christ, and transforms us to live in Christ’s likeness. The Holy Spirit equips the Church with spiritual gifts for ministry and service. We believe that we must depend on the Holy Spirit to grow to spiritual maturity.

Salvation

We believe that humanity was created in the image and likeness of God, but are alienated from God because of our own sin through the disobedience of God. We believe that we are in need of redemption. We believe that salvation is not earned by works, but is the gift of God brought to us by grace and received by faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Humanity may have their sins forgiven, be reconciled with God, and become renewed with eternal life, through personal confession, repentance of sin and a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior.

Church

We believe in the Church, the body of Christ, composed of all who believe in Him. We believe that the church is a fellowship composed of renewed persons, called out from the world by God, and is organized according to the teachings of the New Testament to worship and serve God, proclaim the gospel and make disciples of all nations. We believe that the church is led by the Holy Spirit and is called to live in unity, love, and holiness, reflecting Christ’s character to the world.
